Everything sells “AS IS, WHERE IS.” We encourage people to come look at the items in person. Items are Located: 14550 Hwy. 40 - Amherst, NE (Just East of the Fire Hall.) If there is a good title, it will be transferred to the buyer. All other vehicles will have a Bill of Sale Only. For more information, please call Ken Bramer at 308-233-1669. Item pick up will be on Sunday, April 7th from 1 - 4 P.M. and Monday, April 8th from 9 A.M. - 4 P.M. (Loader will be provided.) After that you need to call Ken to set up a time for pick up. All items need to be removed within TEN (10) days of Auction closing (April 16th, 2024) items not removed are subject to a $50.00 storage fee per item. If not removed within 30 days, Auction Company will dispose of all items. Call Ken before you come to pick up your items. Please bring your Auction Invoice with you. No shipping offered. 

PAYMENT: There is a 3% Buyers Fee on all items sold on this Auction. We except Wire Transfers, Check, Cash, or Credit Cards with a Four (4%) Office Fee. An invoice will be sent to the email you registered with. Please make your payment within 48 hours of closing. Let us know if you are Tax Exempt or want to fill out a 13 AG Form.
