BUYERS, PLEASE READ ALL TERMS BEFORE BIDDING:

. Items will need to be picked up at 14550 Hwy. 40 - Amherst, NE. by APPOINTMENT ONLY on Friday August 30th.

. CARDS WILL BE CHARGED AT THE END OF THE SALE. A receipt will be emailed to you once it is complete. If this does not work for you, please contact Ken.

· Bring a copy of your invoice with you to pickup. No Shipping.

· Buyers are responsible for loading all of their purchases. 

· Bramer Auction & Realty is not responsible for theft, damage or accidents should any occur.

· Items are described to the best of our knowledge, but everything sells “AS IS, WHERE IS”. NO GUARANTEES or WARRANTIES expressed or implied.

Payment:

· There is a 5% Buyer’s Premium on all items purchased.

· Payments: Credit/Debit Cards, with a 4% Fee. Other arrangements for payment can be made. Contact Ken before End of sale or your Credit Card Will be charged.

· All items must be settled for prior to removal.

· If you do not pick up your items at the posted pickup time, your credit card will be charged, and your items will be forfeited! NO EXCEPTIONS!!
