· All items must be picked up on Saturday, December 13^th, 2025 from 9:00 A.M. to 12:00 P.M.

at the Bertrand Methodist Church - 328 Minor St. Bertrand, NE. NO EXCEPTIONS!!

· Bring a copy of your invoice with you to pickup.

· Buyers are responsible for loading all their purchases. There will be stairs! Bring help to load and any boxes or packing you may need. Buyers may have to dismantle or disconnect some items. Bring your own tools and equipment to load.

· Bramer Auction & Realty is not responsible for theft, damage or accidents should any occur.

· Listed dimensions are all approximate and not guaranteed.
